People I Love

While I like to keep most things anonymous, it’s nearly impossible to write anything meaningful without including the important people in my life.

In no particular order…

Bee: A best friend from school. She has a (hilarious) habit of speaking without thinking, which results in some ridiculous questions.

Sister: My younger sister, who just graduated from high school. We’re total opposites, but as we get older we get closer.

Dizzy: One of two of my best friends from high school. As I’ve moved away and found friends in college, she’s still a constant in my life. Our adventures are epic and she is a legend.

M&M: My other best girl friend from high school. Sweet and sensitive, she’s been my rock since we were 15. Many a summer night has been spent skinny-dipping in her pool.

E: My best girl friend at school. She’s totally independent and stable, I think she’s the only one of my girlfriends at school that has seen me cry. She’s basically the most amazing person alive.

Roomie: We were placed together randomly at the beginning of freshman year, and it was love at first sight. We lived together again during sophomore year, and will now be separated while she’s in Paris and I’m in Madrid. She’s a little crazy, but in the best way possible.

FriendBoy: My best friend in the whole world. Yes, he’s a boy. No, he’s not gay. No, we’re not dating. No, we never will.

Madre: My mom. Some people dread turning into their mothers, but we’re pretty much already twins. No one can make me laugh like she does.

Sunny: My best friend since 5th grade. She’s the only one I still maintain solid contact with through multiple moves, and we have lots of great pre-pubescent pictures together from our Florida vacations. Oh, the good ol’ days.

Jamesie: James was my first real life blog/twitter friend. He was the one responsible for my morning wake-up call, even when he was in Ireland. And now that he’s in Boston again, he has no more excuses for not hanging out with me.

There are lots of important people in my life. As they make their blog debut, I will update the cast to introduce them and to provide some background information.
